Lazy Night Gluten Free Sausage Noodles

This is a super easy dinner I tend to make mid-week when I’m too exhausted (or lazy) to make anything else.

1.5 lbs pork sausage roll or turkey sausage

24 oz gluten free noodles

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add noodles and boil for the recommended time as per packaging instructions. Drain noodles and set aside. In a large frying pan, over medium heat, brown sausage. Drain the grease. Mix sausage and noodles together.

It’s literally as easy as that. I usually add a side of frozen veggies to make it a more complete meal.
