Incredibly Easy Oven Roasted Chicken Breasts

About the recipe: A few thanksgivings ago my husband and I decided to hold dinner at our house. I had never baked a turkey before. My sister had baked many turkeys and all of them were absolutely delicious so I decided to ask her what she did. She told me about how she stuffed the turkey and what spices she used and then she added the most important part “salt the hell out of it”. I followed her advice and the turkey was good. Then it dawned on me, maybe the key to poultry was salt. So, I tried it out on some chicken breasts, and I was right! It’s that easy folks! I may be the last person in the world to realize this, but if not, you’re welcome.

Salt

Tin foil

Preheat oven to 410 degrees Fahrenheit (210 Celsius). Line one 9×13 cookie sheet with foil. Generously, and I mean VERY generously salt both sides of each breast and place on cookie sheet. Bake for 20 minutes. Flip breasts over and bake for another 20 minutes. Seriously guys, its that easy, and that delicious.
