Gluten Free Kid Friendly Egg Salad Sandwiches

About the recipe: This recipe is a summertime favorite in our house. I find that this recipe’s milder flavor and the absence of pickles makes this recipe much more appealing to kids.

7 eggs

½ cup mayonnaise

3 tablespoons mustard

1 teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon pepper

Gluten free bread

In a medium sized saucepan bring 6 cups of water to a boil. Add eggs and boil for 11 minutes. Drain water and let eggs cool. Once eggs are cool enough remove shells and smash eggs up with fork. Add mayonnaise, mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper and mix well. Serve over your favorite gluten free bread.
