Oatmeal Cookie Balls

1 cup gluten free flour

2 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

3/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon allspice

1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

2/3 cups butter, melted

2/3 cups brown sugar

1/2 cups white sugar

2 eggs

2 cups gluten free rolled oats

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease cookies sheets. In a large bowl sift together flour, baking powder, and spices. In a separate bowl mix together butter and sugard. Mix in eggs. Pour butter mixture into the flour mix and combine. Add oats and mix well. Mixture should be very thin. Scoop batter by rounded teaspoon onto prepared pan. Bake for 9 minutes.

Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes, until just cool enough to handle but not brittle. Using a spatula, scoop each cookie off pan and mold into balls. Set on wire rack and cool completely.
