Baked Tortilla Chips

About the recipe: This is a healthier version than your typical fried tortilla chip. It makes a perfect simple guilt free snack. You can use a dairy free butter in place of regular butter.

10 corn tortillas

butter

salt

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly butter tops of each tortilla. Cut each tortilla into fourths. Place onto cookie sheet, butter side up. Bake for 12 minutes, until crisp and just golden. Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with salt. Let cool before eating.
