Fruity Sugar Cookies

2 ¾ cups Bobs Red Mill Gluten Free 1 to 1 Baking Flour

3 ½ teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon xanthan gum

1 cup dairy free butter, softened

1 ½ cups sugar

1 egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2/3 cups Fruity Dyno-Bites

8 oz Pillsbury Creamy Supreme Cream Cheese Flavored Frosting

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, and xanthan gum. In a separate, medium sized bowl, mix together butter and sugar. Add in egg and vanilla and mix well. Add the butter mixture to the flour and mix well. Stir in Fruity Dyno-Bites.

Scoop dough by rounded teaspoon and roll into ball. Place onto ungreased cookie sheet, leaving a few inches between balls. Cook in preheated oven for 8-11 minutes until edges are just starting to become golden. The center should still be soft when removed from the oven. Careful not to overcook. Remove from cookie sheet with spatula and let cool on a cooling rack.

Place 8 oz of frosting into a microwave safe container. Microwave on high for 10 seconds, remove, and stir. Repeat process until frosting is melted. Take cooled cookie and dip half into the frosting and place back onto cooling rack. Let cookies sit for approximately 10 minutes or until frosting has hardened.
